IMPORTANT NOTICE

• All Zubr Notes products are made of 190 gsm luxury white offset paper
• Each note cube has 200 non-sticky sheets
• Due to the nature of the material there might be some unnoticeable imperfections
• All product photos are real and completely reflect the vision of the product
• If you own a note cube with a hidden 3D image be sure to carefully tear off the sheets along the perforation in order to reveal the perfect 3D artwork
• The sheet size of the full 3D note cubes varies and most sheets are much smaller than others.

Shipping

All goods are shipped from a warehouse in Bulgaria.

The products in stock are sent to the customer within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number is provided.

Products that are not available can take up to 10 business days to be produced.

Orders on an individual project or in quantities over 50 pieces of one type are negotiated additionally.

Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery with Bulgarian Post.

Delivery times vary depending on your country.

For countries in EU – 7-40 business days (usually 10)

USA and North America – 14-40 business days (usually 15)

Rest of the world – 21-45 business days

DHL Express Delivery

Shipping cost: from 44,19 euro. Shipping costs may change if DHL change their shipping rates.

Delivery time: 1-3 business days

Global Mail (DHL and German Post)

Shipping cost:

Germany: around 10 euro

USA: around 18 euro

Brazil: 14 euro

Delivery time:

Germany: around 3-4 business days

USA: around 6-12 business days

Brazil: around 8-15 business days

Important information

Please keep in mind that we cannot influence the delivery time and be responsible for the performance of the service by our delivery partners. Unforeseen delays can always occur, either due to customs or other reasons. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties upon delivery!

Return policy

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it. Send us an email at office@zubr-notes.com with your order number and we will give you instructions on how and where you can return the product.

Customer’s satisfaction is our first priority!

Return time and conditions for refund

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is very important that the product is unused and in perfect condition. Products that have been used are not subject to return or exchange. All products must be in their original packaging.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product and make sure that all conditions for return are met, we will refund the amount to your account. It may take some time until you receive the money in your bank account or credit card (depending on the method of payment).

Product exchange

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations and you want to replace it with another, follow the steps below:

Make a new order and pay for it

Return the old one in excellent condition

Once we receive it we will refund the money for it.

Exceptions

When you return an order we cannot be responsible for possible loss of the parcel.  We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when returning your order. All return fees are at your expense.
